Care and Support
We offer individual, mutually agreed, person centred care and support to people with the aim of encouraging individuals to become as independent as possible. We listen to our service users, and then work with them to provide the support they need to take control of their lives and reach their goals.
Support includes assistance with personal care, emotional support, money management, health, development of skills, accessing services, maintaining friendships, participating in employment and educational opportunities and support to move on

A Care Home in South East Surrey
Providing nursing and personal care to 16 older people with a learning disability.
Nine Care Homes in South East Surrey
Providing personal care to 42 people with a learning disability and 23 with mental ill health.
A Care Home in South East Surrey
Providing a crisis bed and 5 beds for breaks for carers of young people (18-30 years) with a learning disability.
Seventeen Independent Flats in East Surrey
With visiting support.
A Supported Living Service in Surrey
Which provides support to 45 people on an individual basis living in independent housing. The service provides support to people with a learning disability, acquired brain injury, mental ill-health and people with sensory impairment. Support ranges from 1 hour a week to 24 hours a day.
A Group Home in South East Surrey
Providing 24 hour support to 6 service users with mental ill health.
An Employment Scheme
Providing decorating, minor maintenance and a litter picking service.
A Carers Support Service in the London Borough of Sutton
Providing care staff and volunteers to 138 carers to enable them to take short breaks from their caring responsibilities.
