Senior Support Workers - Full-Time 37.5 hours

Salary £15,955 per annum

We have vacancies for 2 Senior Support Workers to join the team at our Blandford Road scheme in Reigate. You will provide flexible support services to our service users with learning disabilities and enable them to achieve the maximum independence possible. You will provide care and support which is tailored to an individual’s needs and preferences.

You must have experience in care and either hold an NVQ level 3/Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be working towards it. You must have a clean driving licence as you will be required to drive the company vehicle. Your scheduled hours will include all shifts over a 7-day week ie days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends, therefore, flexibility around these hours is required.
