We provide a housing management service to seventeen accomodation schemes across Surrey.

The housing management service includes the repair and maintenance of the property and its equipment, providing utilities, gardening services, furniture and equipment replacement, waste services, tenancy management, selection and allocation of service users, collecting rent payments and financial support.

This runs alongside our support service to provide a comprehensive package for service users.
