Diane Czako and Rick Worthington are the Assistant Directors of Prospect Housing and Support Services. Their role is to direct and support the work of Scheme Managers and to ensure the provision of high quality person centred care services within agreed budgets.

The Supported Living Service provides domiciliary support to people on an individual basis.  It provides support to people with a learning disability, acquired brain injury, mental ill-health and people with sensory impairment.  Support ranges from 1 hr per week to 24 hrs per day.

We currently have some Supporting People hours vacant to support someone who lives independently.

East Surrey Carers Support Service

Prospect’s Carers Support Services provides short term breaks for carers of individuals aged 16 to 30 years who have a learning disability.  This support is offered through a personalised home based service and/or the use of our five bedded short term residential service.  All support is provided by trained and experienced senior support workers.  A crisis bed is also available.

Weekly Charge (Low Need)	£1,305.76	Charge per night (Low Need)	£186.54
Weekly Charge (High Need)	£1,608.54	Charge per night (High Need)	£229.79
Domiciliary Care			£18.62 per hour
The cost for the short breaks service is subject to assessment of individual needs.
