PARASHOOT
(Prospect and Raven Supported Housing Outreach Team)
PARASHOOT is a partnership between Prospect Housing and Support Services and Raven Housing Trust, both of whom are 'not-for-profit' providers, to provide a generic floating support service to people living in East Surrey.
Parashoot exists to prevent homelessness and provides individual support to people who require immediate assistance to prevent eviction from their homes, or to access accommodation.
The service is open to anyone who has a local connection to East Surrey.
PARASHOOT Housing Support Officers provide support to customers to maintain their homes and live independently through weekly visits and telephone advice. Support is not tied to particular accommodation adn PARASHOOT supports people wherever they live and in any type of tenure.
The PARASHOOT service is based at Raven House in Redhill and the team also have use of space within the relevant local authority offices.
Supported Living (West London)
Prospect was successful in securing a place on the West London Alliance Home Care Framework. Prospect's venure into West London is strategically very significant because it allows PRospect to spread its area of operation from Surrey, Croydon and Sutton into the wider London region. Prospect is looking to expand the service into three other boroughs.
