Work 4 All Scheme
Work 4 All is a partnership between Prospect Housing and Support Services and Raven Housing Trust which aims to offer training and sustainable paid employment to adults wishing to return to work who have a learning disability or who have suffered mental ill health. Referrals to the Work 4 All scheme have been received from Raven Housing Trust, ESRA, the Richmond Fellowship and from the Care Management system, all of whom are seeking a high quality, supportive work environment for these individuals.
A range of job requests from Raven's Neighbourhood Wardens, Prospect and a variety of other organisations are undertaken by workers, with the scheme manager always present to provide support, on site training and quality assurance. Tasks undertaken include gardening, garden maintenance, painting, decorating, footpath clearance and applying anti-climb paints to roofs.
The Work 4 All scheme promotes independence for its employees, whilst building a responsible work ethic, increasing social inclusion, self confidence and skills.
