Prospect is led by a Senior Management Team:
Deborah Tosler
(Chief Executive and Secretary) Deborah has worked for Prospect for 16 years and has been its Chief Executive for 14 ½ years. She has 32 years of experience working with people in the homelessness, substance misuse and disability sectors. She has an MA in Community Care Management, is an NVQ Assessor, has completed PTLLS training and is an adult trainer. In her spare time she enjoys mountain and road biking, skiing, photography, learning French, and raising money for local and international charities. |
John Baxter recently joined Prospect in July 2011 having worked within the social housing sector for 16 years. The majority of that time was spent working for Hyde Housing Association where he worked for 10 years within supported housing and development. John began his career as a RICS chartered surveyor and then moved to social housing whilst completing his MSC in housing studies. John is both RICS and CIH qualified. John is married with two children and in his spare time enjoys sport, music and is a big Spurs fan. He is also a committed Christian and has been a youth worker within the church for the past 24 years. |
Moira Bennett-Jevons (HR and Learning and Development Manager) Moira joined the senior management team at Prospect in May 2010. She has over 20 years' experience within HR and Learning & Development gained within the NHS, business to business media and social care environments. Moira graduated in History and Psychology, is CIPD qualified and has an MA in European Management and Employment Law. Moira lives with her young son and enjoys various sports including swimming, badminton and running, visiting historical places and museums, visiting France and tasting the culinary delights, reading, interior design and creative arts. |
Linda Cons (Finance Manager). Linda joined Prospect in 2011. She has many years experience in finance having worked in banking prior to moving to accountancy in the not for profit sector and working in education, charity and housing. She qualified as an accountant in 1994. Amongst other things, Linda enjoys sailing, pilates, walking, gardening and visiting new places both at home and abroad.
