Our Services

• Care and Support

We offer individual, mutually agreed, person-centred care and support based on encouraging people to become as independent as possible. By listening to and communicating with our service users, we can provide the support they need to take control of their lives and reach their goals.

• Housing Management

We provide a housing management service to many schemes assisting with issues such as repairs, rent collection and gardening services.

• Supported Living

We have a Supported Living service for people living independently in Surrey. Support is provided according to a person’s individual need and varies from 1 hour a week to 24 hours a day.

• Breaks for Carers

These services offer breaks for carers of vulnerable individuals who require support.

Sutton Carers’ Support Service operates in the home of carers who are caring for frail and elderly or disabled (children and adult) family members.  This allows the carer to take a break. 

East Surrey Carers’ Support Service provides residential and domiciliary support to carers of young people aged 16 – 30 years to allow them to have a break.

• Leisure Clubs

We assist service users to run the Horley Link Club. This is held on a weekly basis and is for people with mental ill health and learning disabilities living in Horley, Reigate and Redhill.

• Getting Involved

We are committed to encouraging users of our services to get involved in Prospect at all levels. We need feedback from service users to help us to run the organisation effectively and to make sure that we provide the services that people want and need.
