Our Services

Prospect is a well established  housing  and support provider, with a stong reputation for high standards of personalised services, evidenced by consistently high awards from our regulators.

We meet a wide spectrum of mental health and learning disability needs, ranging from a couple of hours a week support to round the clock residential care. Prospect also offers breaks for carers. 

In total we provide services to approximately 500 people, employing 280 staff. Prospect also owns and manages it own properties which we are continuously improving and adapting to meet the needs of existing and future customers.   We are passionate about involving service users in service design and improvement.

Prospect is rightly proud of its commitment to training, with our own Training Centre recognised by City and Guilds, which offers professional qualifications as well as courses tailored to the needs of social care staff. 

Geographically, we have a presence in Surrey, London Borough of Sutton, London Borough of Croydon and are a key provider of support within the West London Alliance. Our head office is in Redhill, Surrey, with area offices in Sutton and East Acton.
