Supported Living Services

Supported Living (LD)

We provide a supported living service to individuals living in their own homes in Surrey.

This service provides support to people with a learning disability, mental ill-health, an acquired brain injury and with sensory impairments.

Support is provided according to a person's individual need , at times to suit that person and according to their needs and wishes. Support times vary from 1 hour per week to 24 hours per day.

We provide a supported living service to people living in independent housing and temporary housing. This service provides support to p eople with a mental health need. Support is provided at times to suit that person and according to their individual needs and wishes.
